The program can benefit athletes as well as people just trying to get in shape. It uses the same workouts that Jake uses for the Athletic Performance program minus the Olympic lifting and other more intense workouts that require gym equipment.
The At-Home program stays focused on exercises that can be done with a few small pieces of equipment that can easily be used at ones home. The exercise routines are then set up to workout your body the way the athletic performance program would without the trip to the gym.
If you are an athlete you will gain more from the athletic performance program but you can also still benefit from the at-home program if going the the gym is not an option for you. _________________ Eddie Miles
