| With the XCL athletic performance program, do the programs follow a planned progression? I'm on week 12 of the program; do I need to be concerned at all about stagnation? |

No, Rep ranges are constantly changing and there's a lot of space (days, weeks) where you won't see a certain exercise. It would be possible to plateau if you were doing the same lifts with the same rep ranges each week. Weeks 13-16 are going to incorporate some new exercises as well. Weeks 16-20 are going to follow a different format. The endurance circuits won't exist. The structure of the workouts will be different. You'll see.... _________________ Jake Bonacci
